DEEP DIVE

During a time where in-person events were not an option, Pei Wei needed to figure out a way to have the community come together while staying distant. Internally, we decided to collaborate with our exclusive culinary partner, Jet Tila (Food Network) to curate a series of intimate, virtual events in our key markets. Attendees had the chance to meet Jet and converse with him while getting a private demo of our new dishes. I was in charge of leading a team of two through all facets of this event from start to finish: sourcing influencers, coordinating restaurant visits, managing contracts, creating a fact sheet for the influencers to use when crafting their content, and working with Jet to prepare a “run of show” document. After the event, attendees posted their content on a specific day. Throughout the event period, we garnered over 500,000 impressions and 22,660 unique engagements, with a 98% positive brand sentiment score.
